£346 per month, with no work?!

I love this house and the tenant is fantastic. 😀

Yes, good news!! I know I've shared a lot of low moments lately, that's just the way it is and how I've been lately. So, let's share some good stuff.

The tenant is a young professional, works nearby at the Passport office, graduate job, was in his local paper because he did something heroic (forgot what) and goes to the gym. The agent said he came across the best and his financial situation was the most appropriate.

Usually I get families, who will stay there for 5/10 years+, so this was a different type at the time, chances are he will move out sooner and purchase his own or move job, but whilst he's here he's been great. No issues, gets on with it, very polite, rent paid on time (or early), moved rent date with no issue.

Was fine over Lockdown (I check in) and keeps it tidy. I think we had 30 viewing requests, 12 actual viewings and then 4 offers. Why not more? It's on a side lane (no direct parking) was the main feedback.

The view from up here is amazing though.

It's not you, it's me

As I draw a close to my Welsh chapter, I reflect. My last 3 refurbs are either on the market or just about to be. The other 11 are tenanted peacefully or in legal. I feel a real sense of serenity. Hon
